In the beginning...

Okay...just a quick intro for right now...

My name is Chuck, I work for a major corporation, train in Mixed Martial Arts (Combination of Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, etc...), and coach Women's Flat-track Roller Derby in beautiful Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I suffer from the curse of having a very interesting life...which I will share with whomever decides to read about it.
